Symphony Park™ is a harmonious blend of diverse developments which, together, are creating the first modern-day city neighborhood in Las Vegas. Based on thoughtful community design and guiding principles of sustainability, Symphony Park has already achieved gold certification stage 2 status through the LEED®-ND (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development) rating system of the U.S. Green Building Council.
Symphony Park is anchored by two key projects that are now taking shape: The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, Las Vegas’ first performing arts center, and the renowned Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. The medical center is already seeing patients and plans to open its entire building in April 2010. The Smith Center began construction in May 2009, topped off the Reynolds Hall Carillon Bell Tower in February 2010 and is scheduled to open in Spring 2012.
