Telfair introduces homes from the $700,000s on 90-foot homesites
Telfair is beginning its second year with new developments including a new neighborhood that will feature the largest homesites introduced to date in this 2,018-acre community, located at U.S. 59 South and University Blvd.
The newest neighborhood in Telfair brings a limited offering of 90-foot homesites. Telfair has added two new homebuilders, Huntington Homes and Partners In Building, to its homebuilder team for this neighborhood. These builders offer homes priced from the $700,000s to $900,0000s, with plans ranging from approximately 3,213 to 5,254 square feet.
Sales are now under way, and both builders are constructing model homes for a planned June grand opening. While most Telfair model homes are located in the community's central model home village, these models will be located within the neighborhood, which is adjacent to the model home village and within short driving or walking distance. When Huntington and Partners In Building each complete their model, Telfair will feature 27 decorated models.
This neighborhood is located along the 70-acre lake and greenbelt system that meanders through Telfair, and is adjacent to the community's planned 17-acre town center area. One edge of this section borders the lake, and a neighborhood park will provide lakefront access for all residents.
Overall, Telfair devotes 300 acres to recreational amenities. Telfair is located in the Fort Bend Independent School District, which plans to open an elementary school in the community in August.
